We want you to feel radiant in your formal attire; if your gown isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are free from makeup, perfume, or alterations to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully fold the gown and place it in its original protective packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact.

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
